The aim of this study was to identification and explanation of executive steps of Conservation Agriculture (CA) Development in Iran. First, 23 semi-structured interviews were conducted with experts from the CA based applied research and delivery HUB and CA technical committees in nine leading provinces of Iran. By using qualitative content analysis, 23 sub-step in the form of six main steps at the national level and 32 sub-step in the form of nine main steps at the local level were identified for CA Development. Then, Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) was used to achieve a consensus among the experts about steps and screening results of the first phase. At national level, there was considerable consensus among experts about ''formulation national budget for CA Development'', ''studying experiences of leading countries in the field of CA Development'' and ''feasibility of implementing CA in each region of country''. At local level, there was considerable consensus among experts about ''financing of CA Development executive plans, ''providing after-sales service by CA equipment manufacturers'', ''providing expert consultations to farmers on CA farm management'' and ''establishing CA research and extension sites in the pioneer's farms and implementation of research and extension programs in this sites''.

Today diplomatic and political relations between countries in order to strengthen science and technology, are increasing under the concept of science and technology diplomacy. Science and technology diplomacy can be defined as a set of strategies and tactics that are employed in foreign policy of a country, and this system operate scientific and technological achievements to upgrade their capacities and this result to fields of science and technology Development and then wealth creation and outreach emerge in a country. An Interdisciplinary framework can have a great effect on science and technology Development in the country, therefore, in this research, factors affecting the Development of science and technology are identified based on such approach. Thus, after a thematic analysis process, a framework inclusive of 4 global theme including of scientific and technological image of country in the world, diplomatic image of the country in the world, the track two diplomacy and institutional arrangements and 25 basic theme are presented. After that, in the validation phase, through a three-step Fuzzi Delphi process, while the above theme are acknowledged, another basic theme named as "country documents" is added to framework.Eventually, in this research, policy recommendations for realization and strengthening of affecting factors on the Development of science and technology diplomacy in the country, is presented.

Background: The balanced scorecard (BSC) provides useful and relevant information about the factors affecting the internal and external performance of the organization and it is the most suitable framework for evaluating the performance of healthcare organizations. One of the key principles in using the BSC is to identify the appropriate views of each organization with regard to its main mission so that it can achieve the best results to achieve its goals and strategy. The present study is aimed to identify the views and related goals in the BSC model suitable for health care centers using the Fuzzy Delphi technique. Methods: The present study was a qualitative and applied research. The statistical population of the research included 15 experts in the field of health and treatment who were selected by purposive sampling. First, through literature review, and then with the help of a researcher-made questionnaire with the consensus of experts using the Delphi technique in two rounds, the views of the BSC and the related goals were determined according to the health care centers. Findings: In this research, the perspective of patients and society with three goals, financial status and performance with two goals, growth and Development with four goals, internal organizational processes with four goals, and social responsibility as a new perspective with two goals to evaluate the performance of health care centers replaced the traditional perspectives of BSC. Conclusion: The use of 4 points of view appropriate to health care centers in the BSC and the addition of a new point of view under the title of social responsibility to evaluate the performance of health care centers will increase productivity and ultimately increase the satisfaction of patients and society.

Blastability is one of the most important and effective parameters in open pit mining, which is closely related to rock mass, environmental conditions, and explosion systems. To investigate blastability, many classification systems have been proposed so far, each of which has expressed some of the parameters affecting the blasting according to environmental conditions and based on empirical judgments. Therefore, the factors affecting blastability can be identified and determined according to theories and environmental conditions. Due to the necessity and presentation of a classification system to investigate the blastability of the Sangan iron ore mines project, by studying and examining each of these factors, in this paper, this classification system was presented and introduced. For this purpose, according to the response received from a questionnaire sent to experts around the world and using the Fuzzy Delphi Hierarchical Analysis (FDAHP) Method, the weighting of each of the factors affecting the proposed classification system was performed and finally, a new classification system was introduced to optimize blastability classification.

This study aimed to explain the factors affecting the Development of peace through exercise using the Fuzzy Delphi Method. This descriptive-analytical research was applied in terms of it’s purpose. The statistical population of the present study included professional athletes, sports coaches, and managers, psychologists, and sociologists active in sports. The Snowball sampling Method was used for the qualitative interviews. After four stages of the Fuzzy Delphi Method, 35 indicators were confirmed. The questionnaire obtained from the qualitative section was categorized by heuristic factor analysis and the variables were identified. The results of this study showed that the determinants of peace Development in sports organizations empower women on employment (0. 72) and social capital Development (0. 67). In addition, based on the results, organizational capacity has a significant effect on women's empowerment (0. 54) and the Development of social capital had the greatest impact on social acceptance and interactions in the sports environment (0. 35, 0. 31). Sport is generally recognized as a broad social area for Development and peace, with issues such as empowering women and promoting gender equality, promoting social participation for people with disabilities, and promoting health education, such as tackling obesity and diabetes.

Iran's past experiences show that fluctuations in foreign exchange earnings require adopting the policies for increasing non-oil exports, particularly agricultural products. Saffron is one of the most important agricultural export products in Iran and identifying the factors that influence its domestic and foreign markets is very important. In this study, three main factors were examined and discussed by applying the Delphi-Fuzzy Method and through interviewing 45 experts and completing corresponding questionnaires. The results showed that very high capital requirements is the main disadvantages and problems in the packaging of saffron, and the lack of an appropriate advertising and of a doctrine of civic responsibility in economic damages are respectively the most important factors for brand, and for the e-commerce of saffron. Also, improving and expanding the use of e-commerce on saffron trade through widening its accessibility in urban and rural areas is recommended. This can be achieved by further expansion of IT in the universities.

The main purpose of the research is to identify and explain the Effective factors and outcomes of Level five leadership using the Delphi Fuzzy technique. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive survey. Also in terms of typology of research, it is a mix research with qualitative and quantitative approach in inductive deductive paradigm. The statistical population of the research is knowledge based companies in Lorestan province, with 30 of their experts selected according to the principle of theoretical adequacy and using a targeted sampling Method.The validity and reliability were confirmed using CVR coefficient and Kappa-Cohen test. In the quantitative section is a pair wise questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed using content validity and retest were used. In the qualitative section, the qualitative data obtained from the interview using Atlas.ti software and the coding Method was analyzed. In addition, in the quantitative part of the study, Delphi Fuzzy Method was used to determine the priority of the five level Leadership most important factors and outcomes. The results show that among the important factors of five level leadership, temperamental temperance, humility and self-esteem, high emotional intelligence, and courage in innovation as the most important accomplishments and factors leading the level five in knowledge based organizations. The results also indicate that the long-term horizons for the organization, modest leadership, deep dissemination, and mentoring, coaching, mentoring, and organizational management are among the most important consequences and outcomes of the five level leadership in the knowledge based organizations.

Conservation Agriculture (CA) is a multi-dimensional approach to sustainable use of soil and water resources and achieving sustainable production to cope with the challenges of the agricultural sector. The purpose of this study was identification and analysis of driving factors of CA Development in Iran. In the qualitative part of research, 47 driving factors in eight main categories have identified by exploring relevant journal articles, government documents, CA projects reports and 32 semi-structured interviews with farmers, researchers, and other key stakeholders. Then, confirmatory factor analysis used to confirm the identified driving factors. A sample of 264 experts working in Agricultural Organizations from 9 leading provinces in the field of CA was selected through a purposive sampling Method. The survey instrument was a questionnaire that designed based on result of the qualitative part of research. The results showed that the values of average variance extracted for each factor of the model was more than 0. 5 and the values of composite reliability of them was more than 0. 7. Therefore, the function of measurement part of model was proper. Also, the goodness-of-fit indices indicate that the model is consistent with the data. According to results, creating the culture of CA at national and local scale, creating institutional framework, policy making and planning, monitoring and assessment, market interventions and infrastructure, extension and education, supportive and research and Development factors are the most effective driving factors to CA Development.

The aim of study was to design a suitable Iranian Development model in order to achieve the Iranian-Islamic model of progress by using Delphi research Method and completely indigenous theories of Iranian theorists. The informants of research include all those who were experts in the field of Development and had books, articles or research works in this field, which were selected 15 person as participants by using the purposeful and information-driven sampling Method. The results showed that factors like,the lack of knowledge of the rule of law, the lack of the rule of law, the existence of the rentier state in country have caused real Development in Iran. Specifying the specific conditions and characteristics of the country: identifying the main agent of Development in the country, de-ideologizing country's planning and policy-making, creating an independent and efficient judiciary system, broad public participation in state and the establishment of a Developmental state with a good governance strategy that use the most important research initiatives to achieve Iran Development model. The results of the research also showed that the Iranian Development model has no particular legal dilemma and country Development is possible with the current laws and lawsystem.
